These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the My Process website, membership, and program content (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Membership summary
- All memberships are for a 1-year (12-month) term.
- You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancelling stops your membership from renewing; you keep access until the end of your current 1-year term.
- There are no refunds. All payments are final.
- Memberships renew automatically for another 1-year term unless you cancel before your renewal date.

2. The Service
My Process is a self-directed, online movement program delivered through instructional videos and related materials. Content is released in a set order, and access to later stages may depend on completing earlier ones.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details confidential. Your membership is for your personal use only: you may not share your account or allow anyone else to access the Service using your login. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
4. Membership term and payment
Every membership is for a 1-year (12-month) term that begins on the date of your purchase. You can pay for your term in one of two ways:
- Pay in full: one payment for the full 1-year term, charged at purchase.
- Pay monthly: the 1-year term paid in 12 monthly installments, with the first charged at purchase and the rest charged on the same day each month.
Choosing to pay monthly is a way of spreading the cost of your 1-year membership, not a month-to-month membership. By choosing the monthly option, you agree to pay all 12 installments for your term, including any that fall due after you cancel.
Prices are shown at checkout and include any applicable taxes where required. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for all amounts due under your membership.
5. Automatic renewal
At the end of each 1-year term, your membership automatically renews for another 1-year term using the same payment option (in full or monthly) and payment method, unless you cancel before your renewal date. Renewals are charged at the membership price in effect at the time of renewal.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by contacting us with the name and email address on your account. Memberships cannot be cancelled from the account area. We will confirm your cancellation by email. When you cancel:
- Your membership will not renew at the end of your current 1-year term.
- You keep full access to the Service until your current term ends.
- If you pay monthly, your remaining installments for the current term are still due and will continue to be charged until the term is complete.
To avoid being charged for a new term, contact us to cancel before your renewal date. Your cancellation is effective from the date we receive your request.
7. No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial terms, unused time, content you did not access, or memberships cancelled before the end of a term. This applies to both the pay-in-full and pay-monthly options, and to renewal charges.
8. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry your payment method and may suspend your access until the amount due is paid. Suspension does not cancel your obligation to pay amounts owed for your current term.
9. Price changes
We may change membership prices from time to time. Price changes do not affect a term you have already started; they apply from your next renewal.
10. Health and safety
My Process is a movement and wellness program. It is not medical care and is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult your doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you are recovering from surgery or injury, are pregnant, or have a medical condition.
You take part voluntarily and at your own risk. Stop immediately and seek medical advice if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. Results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.
11. Content and acceptable use
All videos, text, graphics, and other materials in the Service are owned by My Process or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your membership gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view the content for your own non-commercial use during your membership.
You may not download, copy, record, share, resell, publicly display, or distribute any content, or use it to create competing programs, without our written permission.
12. Suspension or termination by us
We may suspend or end your access without refund if you breach these Terms, including by sharing your account or redistributing content, or if required by law.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Process will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from your use of the program. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
