About us

About

A brain-led movement recovery program for people whose pain, weakness, or stiffness has not responded to conventional care.

Our approach

Recovery that starts with the brain

My Process is a movement recovery program for people whose pain, weakness, or stiffness has not gone away with conventional approaches.

Your brain coordinates all 650 of your muscles: which ones fire, in what order, and how hard. After an injury, surgery, or years of compensating, those patterns can break down. Stretching and strengthening on their own rarely fix the pattern, which is why results so often fade.

We built My Process around three ordered stages. First we calm inflammation, then we restore active range of motion, and only then do we retrain coordination through 24 isometric poses across six joint groups. Each stage prepares your body for the next.

Everything is delivered as guided video you can follow at home, at your own pace, with a full year of access to the program.

The method

Three stages.
In order. Always.

Every other system starts at Stage 3. My Process does not. Each stage prepares your body for the next — skipping ahead is why most rehab fails.

Stage 01

Inflammation control

Your body cannot heal when it is inflamed. Stage 1 uses a proven protocol to bring inflammation down so recovery can begin. Most programs skip this entirely.

~3 days · Begin here always

Stage 02

Active range of motion

Gentle, pain-guided movement that reactivates neural pathways between brain and muscle. Your body sets the pace — you follow its lead.

Self-paced · Pain-guided

Stage 03

Motor patterning

The 24 poses across 6 joint groups. Isometric, sub-maximal, high-repetition. Your brain re-learns coordination — and keeps it.

Our principles

What we believe

Brain-led, not force-led

Your brain coordinates every muscle you have. We work with that system instead of trying to override it.

Order matters

Inflammation first, then range of motion, then motor patterning. Skipping ahead is why so much rehab does not last.

Your body sets the pace

Every stage is pain-guided and designed to be self-limiting, so you progress when your body is ready.

Recovery at home

Short, guided video sessions you can follow anywhere, on your own schedule, with a full year of access.
